TandemDock
Your Dock, on every display.
With more than one display, macOS shows the Dock on just one of them. TandemDock adds a Dock to each of the others that works in tandem with the real one: same apps, same settings, always one click away.
Try it: move your pointer across the Dock.
How it works
Open it once
A short welcome guide sets it up and asks for the one permission it needs. TandemDock lives in your menu bar.
Use your Dock as usual
Pin apps, change the size, turn on magnification. TandemDock follows your Dock settings within seconds.
Every display gets one
Plug in a display and its Dock appears. Unplug it and it’s gone. Your main Dock stays exactly as it was.
Feels like the real Dock
Your apps, your settings
The same apps in the same order, with running indicators, badges and today’s date on Calendar. Size, magnification, auto-hide and bounce all match what you chose in Desktop & Dock.
Windows stay clear
Windows that slide under the Dock are moved out of the way, so nothing hides behind it.
Liquid Glass
On macOS 26, TandemDock uses the same Liquid Glass material as the Dock it sits beside.
Put the Dock at the bottom, left or right of your other displays, independently of the main one.
Free, with Pro when you want more
TandemDock
Free. Everything above, on as many displays as you have.
TandemDock Pro
A one-time purchase, no subscription. Hover an app to see its windows and jump to any of them, and give each display only the apps that have windows there. More is on the way.
Every new install includes a 14-day Pro trial. No card needed.
Stays on your Mac
No account, no analytics, no ads. PixelBlue doesn’t collect any data from TandemDock.
TandemDock uses Accessibility access only to arrange your Dock and windows, on your Mac. Window previews in Pro can show thumbnails if you allow Screen Recording; they are never saved or sent anywhere. The only time TandemDock goes online is to check a Pro license.
