We started PixelBlue in March 2026 to build useful software that takes friction out of everyday coordination, for people at home and for small businesses.
Our story
PixelBlue LLC is a California limited liability company based in Sacramento. Our founder trained in electronic information engineering and computer engineering, with a background in software architecture, database systems, machine learning and mobile development.
A lot of daily coordination still runs on paper, phone calls and scattered notes: the bag you pack every morning, the handoff between family members caring for a parent, a housekeeper’s route across town. Larger software companies tend to skip these problems because each one looks small. To the people who live with them, they aren’t.
We fund our product work through client projects, launch one product at a time, and only invest further once real people keep coming back to it.
How we work
Start small
Every feature has to earn its place. When in doubt, we leave it out.
Respect attention
No streaks, no guilt notifications, no manufactured urgency. Our apps show up when they’re useful and get out of the way.
Keep data close
We collect as little as we can. Prec keeps your lists on your device, with no accounts and no analytics.
