The short version: Prec keeps your lists on your device. If you choose to turn on iCloud Sync, they are also stored in your own private iCloud account so your devices stay in sync. Prec's suggestions and list drafts are made on your device. We have no servers, no accounts and no analytics, and we cannot see your lists.
Prec ("the App") is a preparation checklist application for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy describes how Prec handles your information. We designed Prec to work on your device, with no accounts, no servers of our own, and no data collection.
We collect no personal data.
PixelBlue LLC does not collect, receive, or have access to any of your information. This includes:
Everything you create in Prec — your lists, items, reminders, and the things you ask Prec to remember — is stored on your device using Apple's on-device storage framework (SwiftData). This data:
Prec asks whether you want to keep your lists in sync across your devices. If you turn on iCloud Sync, your Prec data is also stored in your private iCloud database, which is part of your Apple Account and managed by Apple. PixelBlue LLC cannot access it. You can turn sync off at any time in Prec → Settings → iCloud Sync. To remove the copy in iCloud, use your iCloud storage settings on your device. Prec Remembers. To suggest small changes — for example, adding something you always bring or removing something you never use — Prec keeps a short history of what you packed for each list (the last 12 uses). This history stays on your device, and in your iCloud if sync is on. Prec never changes a list without asking. You can turn suggestions off or clear this history in Settings → Prec Remembers.
Asking. When you describe what you are getting ready for, Prec drafts a list on your device. On supported devices this uses Apple's on-device model (Apple Intelligence); otherwise Prec builds the draft from its own built-in lists. What you type is not sent to PixelBlue LLC or to any third-party AI service.
Prec does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or AI services. There are no SDKs from Facebook, Google, or any other company embedded in the App. The only external service Prec uses is Apple's iCloud, and only if you turn on iCloud Sync.
Prec does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because we collect no data at all, Prec is safe for users of all ages.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. We will also notify users within the App when significant changes occur.
