Aheadly Privacy Policy
Aheadly has no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. It reads your calendars and reminders on your iPhone to show what’s next, and that information never leaves your device.
This policy covers the Aheadly app and its widgets for iPhone, made by PixelBlue LLC (“we”).
What stays on your iPhone
- Calendar access lets Aheadly read your upcoming events (title, time, location and calendar) so it can show the next one in the app and in widgets. If you have Aheadly Pro and edit an event in Aheadly, the change is saved to your calendar the same way the Calendar app would save it.
- Reminders access lets Aheadly read your incomplete reminders (title, due date and list). Aheadly never marks a reminder complete or changes it.
- The app and its widgets share your settings and a short list of upcoming items through storage on your iPhone, so widgets can update. This data isn’t synced or uploaded by Aheadly.
- If you use iCloud, Google or another account for your calendars and reminders, that syncing is done by iOS and your account provider, not by Aheadly. Aheadly doesn’t ask for or see your account sign-ins.
Aheadly doesn’t connect to our servers or any third-party service. It contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting code.
Purchases
Aheadly Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles your payment and Apple Account details under the Apple Privacy Policy. Aheadly only asks the App Store whether you have Pro; we never receive your name, email or payment details. Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are covered by Apple’s standard license agreement.
If you contact us, we receive what you write and your email address, and use them only to reply.
Our website
pixelbluellc.com is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, under the GitHub privacy statement. Its typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser also contacts Google, under the Google privacy policy. The website doesn’t set cookies or use analytics.
Sharing and selling
We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it except when the law requires it, or if PixelBlue LLC were to be sold (in which case this policy would still apply to the information we already have).
Your choices
- You can turn off Calendar or Reminders access at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security. Aheadly will stop showing that kind of item.
- Deleting Aheadly removes everything it stored on your iPhone, including its widgets.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@pixelbluellc.com. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we extend them to everyone.
Children
Aheadly isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top. If a change affects what leaves your iPhone, we’ll also mention it in the release notes.
